After receiving your item, if you are not satisfied, contact us at info@teepapparel.com within 14 days and we can work out a solution that is best for you whether that's replacing your item, exchanging your item for another or refunding your purchase.
DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCHANGES
We provide easy and free exchanges if you have picked the wrong size. Just contact us immediately so we can begin the process of exchanging your item.
REFUNDS
Any refunds will be automatically processed on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
ORDER CANCELLATION OR MODIFICATION
For any cancellation or modification on an order, please contact us within 24 hours after having placed your order. This allows enough time to make the changes before the items are processed and shipped.
