1. SHIPPING COSTS
- Shipping rates are based on weight and the location the item is being sent to.
2. SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIMES
T-Shirts & Hoodies
All T-Shirts & Hoodies are fulfilled globally and are "Made to Order" i.e. Once you place your purchase, your item is then sent to production. Please see the following production and delivery times:
- Within 7 business days to print and produce your items and ship.
- For all US orders: Once shipped, allow 2-5 business days for your items to be delivered.
- For all UK, AUS, CANADA & EU orders: Once shipped, allow 4-7 business days for your items to be delivered. Note that shipping times for EU countries may be higher pending your location.
- For all other regions, pending your location, allow 10-30 business days for your items to be delivered.
Muay Thai Shorts
All Muay Thai shorts are fulfilled in Australia. Once you place your purchase please allow up to 3 business days to process and ship your order. Please see the following delivery times:
- AU (Domestic): Once shipped, please allow 2-6 business days for items to be delivered
- NZ: Once shipped, allow 4-7 business days for items to be delivered
- US, CANADA & UK: Once shipped, allow 5-9 business days for items to be delivered.
- EU: Once shipped, allow 7-12 business days for items to be delivered (shipping times may be higher if items are being assessed by customs).
- For all other regions, pending your location, allow 6-27 business days for items to be delivered.
3. SHIPPING LOCATIONS
World Wide shipping ship is available except to the following countries:
- Belarus, Burundi, Central African Republic, Cuba, Iran, Libya, North Korea, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Ukraine, Zimbabwe
4. TRACKING
Your tracking number and information will be sent to you once your item is shipped.
5. CUSTOMS
Any customs or taxes applied to an order will be the responsibility of the purchaser. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
6. DAMAGES AND LOST ORDERS
- If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
- If your order has been lost, please contact the shipment carrier and provide them your tracking information.
7. REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
